    • Psychiatric consultation
    • Prescribe and monitor medication for the treatment of mental disorders  as indicated according to prevalent medical standards of practice and guidelines from The American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
    • Psychotherapy (with pre-approval and within limits established by the Medical Director).
    • Consultation with other clinical staff of FSGC.
    • Consultation with community agencies, other medical providers (especially the client’s primary care physician) and schools.
    • Supervision of other medical personnel or trainees, as requested by the Medical Director.

    • Help develop protocols for delivery of psychiatric services.
    • Provide community and intragency educational services as requested from time to time.
