    The Behavior Analyst will design, implement, and manage, evidence-based applied behavior analysis services.  Position will establish and coordinate systems for the review of client progress and data-based modification of services/programs.  Collects and analyzes data using a behavioral health software system. Heavy focus in building relationships internal/external/client. Documentation of services provided is a core element of this position.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Designs, implements, and manages evidenced-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services (assessments, therapies, parent training, staff training, etc.)
    • Establishes and coordinates systems for the review of client progress and data-based modification of services and programs
    • Collect and analyze data utilizing the agency’s behavioral health software
    • Builds relationships with parents, community partners, and the payers of services.
    • Complete and submit all necessary documentation for evaluations, treatment planning, measurements and reauthorization for services.
    • Maintains a high quality of service and standards for program design, staff development, and therapeutic services provided to clients.
    • Provide ongoing training, supervision and feedback of behavioral health technicians.
    • Ensures all aspects of the program are best clinical practices and meet all federal, state, local and insurance compliance guidelines.
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.        

    Qualifications

    Education/Licensure:

    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required
    • Valid BCBA certification required
    • Must obtain LBA license within 3-6 months of employment in the state of Kansas
    • Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, a good motor vehicle record, and a reliable vehicle

     

    Experience:

    • 2,000 hours of supervised experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Must be documented)
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and parent
    • Must have proficiency using MS Office Suite, and prefer experience using electronic medical record system(s) and electronic data collection software

     

    Working Conditions:

    Primarily office-based working environment with some community outreach, occasional home-based services, and participation in community events; requires flexible schedule; and possible frequent interruptions occur.

     

     

    Background checks and drug screen required.
